“One of the best appointments we have ever made! Sassy joined us for a ten day assignment in Florida in April 2023, to provide the meals during a family holiday. She was wonderful from start to finish. All the food she prepared was exactly as per our brief in all regards. We gave some specific requests in terms of type of food, and Sassy hit the spot with every meal. The food was all delicious. Aside from the quality of the meals, her contribution to our assorted events (including two parties for 30+ guests) was faultless. Nothing seemed to faze her, from finding her way from Orlando airport to our home 100 miles away, to last minute changes to the number of guests, she coped brilliantly with everything that was thrown at her.Finally, she was very easy company, mixing happily with everyone across a variety of generations (our grandchildren loved her) and nationalities.We hope that Sassy will be able to work with us again sometime and we are very happy to recommend to others who need great quality meals with minimum fuss.” - private client, 2023

“Sassy planned, cooked and served a wonderful dinner for 14 guests at our house in London. From the beginning of the process she was imaginative, professional and considerate. On the evening itself she blew us all away with the quality of every course. The dinner, including canapés was exciting, delicious and beautifully presented. This would have been more than enough, but Sassy is also warm and approachable, and also left our kitchen in an immaculate condition. “Sassy came to serve a 7 course tasting menu for 10 people to celebrate my partner's birthday. From start to finish everything was just perfect. The food was delicious, her team were fabulous, they were professional from start to finish, the presentation of the food was outstanding and I'm pretty sure they left the kitchen even cleaner than when they arrived. The flavours of the different dishes were exquisite and every course even better than i expected (and i have pretty high standards!).
Designing the menu with Sassy was seamless, she even managed to cater for a number of dietary requirements (even when I had to change a couple right at the last minute). Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their evening and we are grateful to Sassy for playing a huge part in that.” - private client, 2022
