Sassy's Story
With two culinary diplomas from Le Cordon Bleu, classical training from multiple restaurants and years of experience with top catering companies, Sassy blends traditional technique with innovative flavour combinations to create something truly unique for each client.
Having started her culinary career in Scotland, Sassy moved to London to expand her knowledge and learn from the best. With family influences of Mediterranean and Moroccan cuisine, she has always loved combining foods of different cultures. Working in one of the top Japanese restaurants in London, Sassy fell in love with Japanese flavours, these can be seen dotted throughout her menus in unique ways. Completing the Grande Diplome (both Cuisine and Patisserie) at Le Cordon Bleu honed Sassy’s technical abilities, encouraging precision and dedication to the craft.
